Spice mix

1 Tbsp Ground black pepper

Dry mix for breading
1 Cup Masa Harnia
1 Cup 1:1 Bobs Red mill gluten free flour

4 cups grape seed oil (enough to shallow fry chicken in pan of choice)

To plate:
toasted corn toritalls
crumbled queso fresco
pico de gallo
Mexican crema
